Starters

Goats Cheese Tart
French goat cheese set on red onion marmalade in a short pastry case, drizzled with basil oil and served on dressed salad leaves

Dressed Crab
local Cromer crab served with salad garnish and homemade roll and butter

Norfolk Asparagus Norfolk grown asparagus gently steamed, draped with a fresh hollandaise sauce and a homemade roll and butter

Chorizo & Halloumi slices of Spanish sausage layered with cherry tomatoes, topped with halloumi cheese. Served on dressed leaves with a slice of garlic bread


Main Courses

Beef Stroganoff
tender strips of beef fillet pan-fried with field mushrooms flavoured with paprika flamed in brandy, finished with soured cream. Served with basmati rice

Venison Medallions local venison steak pan-fried ‘pink’ served on a creamy, wild mushroom, bacon and brandy ragu

Peppered Beef
roast topside of beef, sliced and draped with a brandy, cream and crushed peppercorn sauce

Lamb Steak
tender Norfolk lamb marinated with rosemary, thyme and garlic, char-roasted ‘pink’, sliced onto creamy mash and glazed with a redcurrant jus

Wild Boar Sausages wild boar sausages, oven roasted and served on mash potato, topped with melted stilton cheese and red wine gravy

Chicken Chorizo chicken supreme filled with spicy Spanish sausage, oven roasted served with a tomato, garlic pesto salsa

Red Thai Pork Curry pork fillet pan-fried with Thai spices and crisp vegetables, finished with cream and served with basmati rice and a poppadom

Baked Haddock

smoked haddock baked in a cream sauce with sliced tomato topped with grated cheese
